Route
Day 1, Arrival in Bregenz

West parking (approx. €10 per day on site, subject to availability) or at the Pfänderbahn parking garage (reservation required when booking, €160 for 8 days). Bike pick-up (if booked) at the Donau Touristik Info Point.

Day 2, Arbon (39 km)

Through the Altenrhein Nature Reserve to the Swiss shore and over Rorschach to the day's destination.

Day 3, Rielasingen/Singen (64 km)

On the way, pass beautiful parks and (free) swimming beaches; continue along the Untersee to the destination.

Day 4, Schaffhausen and Rhine Falls (30/50 km)

Visit the watchmaking city (Munot Castle) and Europe’s largest waterfall; Rhine Falls boat trip. Return; overnight stay as on the previous day.

Day 5, Constance/Kreuzlingen (67 km)

Over the Höri Peninsula to Radolfzell. Continue to Reichenau Island and a tour of the Imperial Monastery. Then, head to the council city.

Day 6, Friedrichshafen (33 km by bike, 15 minutes by ferry)

Morning for individual sightseeing on the flower island Mainau (optional for €22). Then, take the ferry to Konstanz/Staad; cross to Meersburg and continue by bike along the lake to Friedrichshafen.

Day 7, Bregenz (53 km)

Along the lake to the Argen Estuary Nature Reserve (detour to Laimnau) and back to Lindau, then return to the festival city.

After breakfast or additional nights.
